HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

As Mollaoğlu Steel and Structural Steel Industry Trade Inc.; our primary goal is to carry out all our activities without causing any negative impact on the environment and human health, and to continuously develop and improve our efforts in this regard.

It is the primary duty of our managers to consistently raise awareness of environmental and occupational safety among our employees, suppliers, interns, and visitors, and to ensure that they are informed about potential hazards and effects upon their entry into the workplace.

• • We ensure the consultation and participation of our employees and their representatives in the decision-making process.
• • We prepare for hazardous situations. We educate our employees to minimize the impacts and dangers of emergencies, conduct drills to raise awareness, and inform nearby communities and society when necessary.
• • We use new technologies to produce products that do not harm the environment and human health. We constantly strive for self-improvement in this regard.
